The moment your thumb begins to press down on the electric throttle of the Ninebot MAX G30 by Segway, the powerful 350W (brushless) motor roars effortlessly into action, making light work of even the steepest inclines. Quick acceleration will have you cruising at speeds of up to 15.5 mph (25 km/h) for up to 40 miles (65 km).
There's a handy LED display on the handlebar from where you can safely select your drive mode (Eco, Standard and Sports), as well as highlighting your maintenance signals, power levels, Bluetooth connectivity and more.
The big 551Wh Lithium Battery comes with Segway's smart technology allowing it to prevent short circuits and uses an ingenious two-way charging and discharging mechanism, while the folding mechanism felt sturdy and was effortless and quick to fold/unfold.
You can customise the ride and lighting via the Ninebot by Segway app (available on Google Play and Apple App Store).
Segway has unsurprisingly made safety a priority again in the MAX G30, as we've seen previously in their ES2 and ES4 models, with the inclusion of front & rear lights as well as side reflectors and a brake light. We are also celebrating the addition of a front & rear dual-braking system.
The 10" tyres are encased in a "jelly" like substance that helps prevent punctures and improves surface impact for a smoother ride.

Warranty is void if:
The scooter has been ridden in the rain or has any water ingress.
Rider weight exceeds recommended maximum load of 100 kg.
The scooter has been misused or not maintained properly e.g. parts are missing.
The scooter has been repaired or modified by anyone other than the My Scoot authorised partner.
How to claim
In the first instance customers should contact Sertec Ltd and include a description of the issue, the scooters make, model and Serial Number, and Invoice as proof of purchase along with any images or videos highlighting the issue.
