All of our electric scooters come with full UK manufacturer warranties to help get you back on the road is quickly and painlessly as possible.

Warranty support varies depending on the product & brand, so we've described the general process below in 4 easy steps to help illustrate the flow:

1) D.I.Y.

If your item(s) develop a fault through normal day-to-day use, after the initial 30 days period, please refer to your user manual provided to try and diagnose and fix the fault yourself. 

2) Contact Manufacturer

If you are unable to fix the fault yourself, please contact the manufacturer (see the section below to get the right contact information) to find out how to submit a claim against your manufacturer's warranty in the event that you cannot fix the problem yourself.

3) Speak to My Scoot

If you're still stuck, get in touch with us and we can help instruct repairs at one of our partner repair facilities*, Don't forget to have your order information to hand so we can help you faster.

Manufacturer Warranty Details

Xiaomi

All Xiaomi electric scooter product returns require an RMA service order number. To obtain your RMA number, please contact Xiaomi Customer Services directly. For more information, please refer to the Xiaomi UK Warranty page.

Segway (Ninebot)

THE-URBAN

Walberg Urban Electrics GMBH are manufactures of THE-URBAN electric scooter range. To submit a warranty claim, please raise Service Request Form.

EGRET

Walberg Urban Electrics GMBH are manufactures of the EGRET electric scooter range. To submit a warranty claim, please raise Service Request Form

Micro

Micro Scooters UK offer a 2-year manufacturer's warranty which covers any defective components such as the foot board, complete front assembly, brake pedal, motor, display and controller. All work must be carried out by Micro Scooters UK and you can book an appointment with a Micro Expert or contact them on:

Razor

Razor provides a limited warranty for a period of 90-days for their electric scooter range. The warranty does not cover normal wear & tear. If your product malfunctions within the warranty period please contact Razor Customer Services.

Unagi

Unagi scooters and their components are covered under a 2-year all-inclusive manufacturer's warranty for the original owner against all manufacturing defects, with all dates determined by record of sale. To submit a warranty claim, please raise Service Request Form.

INOKIM

Inokim UK provides a 1-year warranty that covers faults in the electric power system, engine, battery and controller.  This warranty can be extended for another year for £100 purchased from Inokim UK directly.

Warranty Terms and Conditions

Each manufactures Warranty is subject to specific Terms and Conditions.  In most cases you must ensure:

  • You must be the original purchaser who bought the product
  • Proof of purchase will be required
  • Date of your invoice is within the Warranty term
  • No unauthorised repairs or attempts to repair have been carried out
  • The Warranty excludes issues caused by wear and tear, neglect, accidents or scooter misuse

Additional Terms

Please note that, we cannot accept returns:

  • without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, charger and all other items originally included with it (we can provide a new box at a cost of £25).
  • if the electric scooter has been damaged through misuse or shows signs of being tampered, customised, or altered in any way.
  • is in any condition that we deem renders the item unsaleable.
